This band creates one of the steadier albums of roots indie folk rock that I have heard in a while. I suppose they are akin to the Cowboy Junkies, although a bit breezier at times. Not that they
are without emotional depth, but it is a mannered thoughtful approach. The album will creep up on you over time and is probably worth a few more listens to fully ferret out the depths
within.
